For your convenience, Southwest Suburban Sewer District (SWSSD) offers many ways to pay your bill.
On-Line Bill Pay & Paperless Billing
To make a payment with a credit card or echeck (checking account), visit the Online Bill Pay. All Credit Cards are processed through a third party vendor for your privacy and protection. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and e-Checks. You can view account information, billing history, sign-up for automatic payments, select Paperless billing and make a payment 24 hours a day. There is no fee for this service. Also, you can setup scheduled payments to pay your utility bill automatically on dates you specify using your credit card. Visit Online Bill Pay now to get started. You will need to know your Account Number to setup an online account.
Automatic Payment (Bank Account)
Setup automatic Payment of your Sewer Service Charges through a Bank or Credit Union Account Deduction. To sign up for an automatic electronic payment using your checking account, download the Autopay Deduction Payment Form (PDF) and return it to the District Office along with a canceled check. The payment will then be automatically withdrawn from the specified account each billing period. There is no fee for this option.

Call 24 hours a day at 206-244-9575, select Option 1. Check account balance or make a payment using a Credit Card or e-check (checking account).
Walk-in Customers
We accept only cash, checks and money orders (no credit cards accepted) at the District Office, Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm.
By Mail
Checks can be mailed to the District Office at any time. Bills are sent out bimonthly, along with a return envelope.
